Fitness Training

All Fitness Training, Golf, and Running packages. start with a movement and potentially a strength and power assessment (dependent on your personal goals) to find out what your body is capable of and to find areas of improvement. These assessments will be repeated intermittently to check your progress. At this point please disclose any injury history and health issues that may affect you. This assessment combined with an in depth discussion outlining your health and fitness needs and wants will inform our Coaches design a program to obtain your goals. Our fitness facility is equipped with Free Weights, Barbells, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Cable's, Bands, TRX trainer, Slam Balls, Treadmill as well as some specialized fitness equipment not found in your neighborhood gym.

Training Packages (1hr session)

1 to 4 sessions $120 each;

5 to 9 sessions $110 each;

10 or more sessions $100 each.

2 Students 1 Coach Training Packages (1hr session)

1 to 4 sessions $200 each;

5 to 9 sessions $190 each;

10 or more sessions $180 each.















Golf Instruction

All Golf instruction packages done by Coach Bill start with a Titleist TPI movement and power assessment to find out what your body is capable of and to find areas of improvement. These assessments will be repeated intermittently to assess progress. Instruction will be done on a Foresight sports golf simulator that tracks club head speed, path, angle of attack, ball speed, spin rates, distance and direction. All lessons will also include 3d motion capture analysis, 3d ground force production analysis (using Smart2move force plates), slow motion video analysis. The 3d motion capture and ground force plate systems are the cutting edge of Golf instruction and are always included within each lesson at no extra charge. Most other golf instruction facilities do not provide these services or if they do they are at a (very expensive) additional charge.

2 Students 1 Coach Rates (1hr Lesson)

1 to 4 lessons $220 each;

Running Coaching

Coach Jen is certified through Road Runners Club of America as well as champion distance runner. Coach Jen designs comprehensive programs that could include Running, Drills and Strides, Mobility Training and time in our gym or yours.

Running Program Pricing

Running Program design cost is dependent on the race you are planning on running and the duration of time leading up to that race. Once you have a program design from Coach Jen, or from another source. There is a weekly 45 minute consultation at $55.

Bill Ebersole:

Coach Bill is a 13 time World Long Drive Finalist and 6 time tour stop division winner on the Ultimate Long Drive Tour. At 58 years old he is still competes with and sometimes beats athletes over 3 decades younger than him. Currently Coach Bill holds the highest Titliest Performance Institute (TPI) certifications in golf, athletic power production, 3d motion capture analysis, and ground reaction forces analysis (Level 3 Golf, Level 3 Power). As well as being certified by Smart2move in biomechanics and ground reaction forces through the use of their 3d force plates and is an Ace Certified Personal Trainer. Whether you are looking to improve your Golf game, become faster, more athletic or just want to get in better shape for your quality of life Coach Bill can help you do that.



















Jennifer Hoogesteger:

Coach Jennifer is an elite endurance athlete and highly experienced running and fitness coach who works with athletes of all ages, abilities, and experience levels-from beginners building confidence to competitive runners training for performance, and endurance athletes racing distances from the mile to the ultra marathon. A Montana State Athletics Hall of Fame inductee, Jennifer earned NCAA All-American honors and a Big Sky Conference championship in the 3000 meters, and she is a multiple-time USA Track & Field national champion in the 5K and 10K. She brings this championship-level experience into every coaching relationship, combining proven training methods with a supportive, results-driven approach. Jennifer holds multiple personal training and group fitness certifications and is a Road Runners Club of America-certified running coach, making her uniquely qualified to help clients run stronger, smarter, and healthier-no matter their starting point or goals.
